Frequently asked questions about the gift card
How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card never expires. Any remaining balance stays on the card for a future order.
Can I print the gift card to give it in person?
Yes — after purchase you receive the gift card by email, with a link to an elegant print version. Print it to hand over in person, or forward the email digitally to the recipient.
What can the gift card be used for?
Everything in our shop: workshops and glass art. The recipient enters the gift card code at checkout.
What if the order costs more or less than the gift card?
If the order costs more, the recipient simply pays the difference at checkout. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the gift card.
Can I have the gift card sent straight to the recipient?
Yes — when ordering, tick "send as a gift", enter the recipient's email address and optionally add a personal message. You can also choose a send date, e.g. a birthday.
