Cancellation Policy

Everything about cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for workshops at Liore Atelier.

At Liore Atelier, we do everything we can to provide our customers with the best possible experience. To manage the availability of our workshops effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy for both individual and group bookings (more than 10 people).

1. Individual Bookings — Cancellations & Changes

  • More than 14 days before: Customers may cancel or reschedule their workshop free of charge, or the appointment can be moved at no cost. A refund will be issued for the full amount paid, minus the payment processing fee charged by our payment provider (up to 10%). We are fully transparent about this: we will always show you exactly what the payment provider deducted — we keep nothing extra.
  • 8 to 13 days before: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the customer chooses to reschedule, an administrative fee of 25% of the workshop price applies.
  • 7 days or less before: No refund will be issued and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.

2. Group Bookings (more than 10 people)

  • More than 30 days before: Groups of more than 10 people may cancel or reschedule free of charge. A full refund will be issued.
  • 20 to 29 days before: 25% of total workshop costs will be charged. The remaining 75% will be refunded or can be used to reschedule.
  • 10 to 19 days before: 50% of total costs will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded or can be used to reschedule.
  • 8 to 9 days before: 75% of total workshop costs will be charged. The remaining 25% will be refunded or can be used to reschedule.
  • Less than 7 days before: The full amount will be charged. No refund or rescheduling is possible.

3. No-shows

If a customer (individual or group) does not show up without prior notice, the full workshop amount will be charged. No refund or rescheduling is possible.

4. Changes by Liore Atelier

If we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to propose an alternative date. A full refund will be offered if desired.
