Frequently asked questions about group workshops

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Our group workshops start from 10 people. At our studio we can accommodate up to 10 participants. If we come to your location, we can guide groups of up to 30 people. Have a smaller group? Contact us via the contact form — we'd love to explore the options.
How far in advance do I need to book?

There is no fixed booking deadline — just get in touch and we'll look at availability together. The earlier you book, the greater the chance of getting your preferred date.
Can you also come to our location (office or event space)?

Yes — we'd love to come to your office, event space or party venue. On location we can guide groups of up to 30 people. We bring all materials; you provide tables, chairs and running water nearby. Any travel costs will be stated in the quote.
How does the 10% group discount work?

For group bookings you automatically receive 10% off the workshop total. The discount is applied directly in the quote — you don't need to do anything or enter a discount code.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all stated prices include 21% VAT. The quote you receive is fully transparent and inclusive of all costs.
What if the number of participants changes?

Changes to the number of participants are free of charge up to 14 days before a weekend workshop, and up to 10 days before a weekday workshop. Cancellation after this period incurs a 10% admin fee (maximum €50). This is necessary because payment processing costs cannot be recovered on refunds. We always communicate this transparently in the quote.
Wat is het annuleringsbeleid voor groepsworkshops?
  • Tot 30 dagen voor: Kosteloos annuleren of verplaatsen — volledige terugbetaling.
  • 20–29 dagen voor: 25% van de totale kosten wordt in rekening gebracht, 75% wordt terugbetaald of kan worden gebruikt voor verplaatsing.
  • 10–19 dagen voor: 50% wordt in rekening gebracht, 50% terugbetaald of te gebruiken voor verplaatsing.
  • 8–9 dagen voor: 75% van de kosten wordt in rekening gebracht, 25% terugbetaald of te gebruiken voor verplaatsing.
  • Minder dan 7 dagen voor: Geen terugbetaling of verplaatsing mogelijk.
