There is no fixed booking deadline — just get in touch and we'll look at availability together. The earlier you book, the greater the chance of getting your preferred date.
We come to you — office, event space, party venue or home, for up to 30 people. We bring all materials; you provide tables, chairs and running water nearby. Any travel costs are stated in the quote.
For group bookings you automatically receive 10% off the workshop total. The discount is applied directly in the quote — you don't need to do anything or enter a discount code.
Yes, all stated prices include 21% VAT. The quote you receive is fully transparent and inclusive of all costs.
Changes to the number of participants are free of charge up to 14 days before a weekend workshop, and up to 10 days before a weekday workshop. Cancellation after this period incurs a 10% admin fee (maximum €50). This is necessary because payment processing costs cannot be recovered on refunds. We always communicate this transparently in the quote.

Weekends are usually fully booked with our open studio workshops, so weekdays (Mon–Fri), evenings included, are almost always the quickest to arrange. Feel free to add a weekend date to your request — we'll let you know if it works.
